Patricia Massetti

“Patricia Massetti joined GENYX as an Associate Consultant specializing in Change, Strategy, & Assessments. She is an executive leader with extensive experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry and other sectors. Known for her expertise, knowledge, and pragmatism, Patricia has successfully identified business growth opportunities and set strategic direction for companies, brands, and franchises in Canada, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

She has lived internationally for more than 30 years, managing complex transformation, transition, and other strategic change initiatives across a range of positions including Marketing Director, Commercial Director, Executive Director, Market Access & Policy Director, Managing Director, and General Manager Europe. She has held Board Mandates with industry associations, the American Chamber of Commerce (Belgium) and organizations.

In addition to a BA from EDHEC, France and an MBA HEC, Montreal, Patricia completed her Board Member Certification, Sciences Po in 2021. She is based in France performing consulting assignments in Europe, the Middle East, and North America.
