When you purchase online, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by your credit/debit card supplier for any reason.

If your card supplier declines payment, GENYX is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.

For the delivery of Services, our standard Payment Terms are 50% in the first invoice upon Agreement and 50% in the second invoice upon completion of Service Delivery. The client shall pay applicable VAT/Taxes/Surcharges upon the value of GENYX invoices.

How is your order executed?

When you place an order via our Website, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail and/or webpage confirming receipt of your order. This email and/or webpage will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

Payment

  • Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.
  • Your card will be debited upon authorization being received.
  • The money received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the products or services you wish to purchase.
  • Once the Products or Services of your order have been delivered, the transaction is considered final and there will be no returns, refunds, or substitutions.

Refunds, Postponements & Cancellations

In the event of postponement of the delivery date/s of an agreed Service by the Client, an additional 20% will be charged onto the agreed investment value by GENYX.

Late payment/s of invoice/s will attract a penalty @24% per annum on the due amount from the date of default. Please note:

50% first invoice payment for Services non-refundable in the event of cancellation of an Agreement by the Client.

50% first invoice payment for Services will be refunded in the event of cancellation of an Agreement by GENYX.
