Julien was a competitive alpine skier and then coached ski racing. During this time, he discovered a passion for human development and performance. He also worked as the Director of Camp Awakening, a non-for-profit camp for underprivileged kids with physical disabilities, which gave him a new take on perseverance and determination.

Julien has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from John Molson School of Business. Before graduating from University, he was recruited by the world’s largest medical company, Johnson & Johnson Medical Surgical Sales Team in Montreal, as part of their Sales Associate Program.

At J&J, Julien was in charge of a 10 million dollar a year territory and exceeded his sales objectives year after year. He created many technical training modules for medical professionals and acted as a surgical consultant for surgeons in different types of endoscopic surgeries.

Julien then joined Zimmer Biomet, the world leader in knee and hip replacement surgery. His team had the highest total yearly sales in the country and were the first territory in the world to achieve a 2020 goal of 20% market penetration for unicompartmental knee systems.

Julien is an excellent facilitator and coach. His presentations are inspiring and engaging. He will do what it takes to make sure his clients achieve their performance objectives.
