“Maysoon is a Performance Consultant at GENYX since 2020 specializing in Individual & Team Assessments, Team Engagement & Performance, Culture Transformation, and HR Advisory. She provides transformational change interventions, and human process programs, within the fields of Organization & People Development.

Maysoon has more than 17 years of experience in the administrative and HR fields – spanning client services to government services and human resource management, where she successfully handled a range of deliverables from program design and development, implementation and coordination, documentation and compliance, performance and talent management, as well as learning and growth.

Having worked for nonprofit, government, and private organizations, and having lived in the Middle East, North Africa, and North America regions, Maysoon seamlessly leverages a diversity of cross-cultural and cross-functional perspectives, channelling these into compelling communication, impactful program design, and valuable deliverables.

Maysoon is certified in DYNAMIX®, 56 Behaviors of High Performing Teams (56B), and 16 Dimensions of Team Performance (16D). She is also a Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and a certified Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Management, a Master of Science in Human Resource Development, and is fully bilingual in English and Arabic.
