“Nethan Tuden is a Project Consultant at GENYX, with nearly a decade of experience partnering with organizations to align culture, leadership, and strategy that drive performance. Since joining GENYX in 2017, he has co-delivered consulting engagements across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, bringing a global perspective shaped by his experience living and working in both the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates.

Nethan supports organizations across the full consulting lifecycle—diagnosing business and team challenges, designing tailored interventions, and delivering high-impact engagements that strengthen alignment, accelerate decision-making, and enhance team effectiveness. Since January 2026, Nethan is partnering with an international Vaccines team on a leadership engagement aimed at strengthening team cohesion, shaping and executing a clear Aspiration and Purpose, and embedding leadership behaviors aligned to their 2030 strategic ambition.

His experience spans multiple sectors including education, energy, financial services, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, philanthropy, retail, and sustainable transportation, working with both regional and global leadership teams.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Business Management, from Central Philippine University, Philippines.
