Sanjeev Sahay

”Sanjeev Sahay is an Associate Consultant with GENYX since 2020. He has lived and worked in India and the United Arab Emirates.

Sanjeev performs consulting assignments for GENYX in the areas of leadership and organizational alignment and engagement, process improvement, and team effectiveness. He has led successful consulting engagements in various sectors including aesthetics, environmental services, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, and pharmaceuticals.

Previously Sanjeev worked with Emirates Airlines Group as HR Development Manager. He has also headed regional Human Resource teams while working with Honeywell Middle East and Schneider Electric.

In his career, Sanjeev has been involved in creating and implementing strategies for Supervisory and Leadership Development. He has also worked closely with senior managers at regional and global levels in the design and deployment of organizational structure, resource planning, and managing the human capital of an enterprise with a focus on business growth.

Sanjeev speaks English and Hindi and holds a Master of Business Administration from Bradford University, United Kingdom. He is also a member of the Australian Human Resource Institute and is a qualified psychometric assessment user.

Sanjeev’s recent client work includes Averda, Beiersdorf, Dubai Golf, MSD, and Viatris.
