“Paul Fergus is President of Peak Performance2 Inc. which he founded more than 20 years ago in Montreal, Canada.

Paul works with global companies in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.

Prior to Peak Performance2, Paul held management positions at several successful computer and consulting organizations in Canada.

As an internationally-known speaker, consultant and facilitator, Paul delivers powerful programs on communications, customer service, leadership, motivation, personal and professional development, selling, and team effectiveness. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS).

Some of Paul’s recent clients include Abbott Laboratories, Constellium, Desjardins, Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, Merck Canada, Novartis, Pfizer Canada, Rio Tinto, ScotiaBank, Service Canada, and Videotron.

Paul holds a Bachelor’s of Science Honours Degree in Consumer Behavior, with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Guelph, Canada.
