”Parizad Kumar is an Associate Consultant at GENYX since 2025. With 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Parizad specializes in talent development, learning and development, performance management, colleague experience, and organizational culture. She has a strong strategic and operational background in HR, Learning, and HSE, having worked across industries such as Food and Beverage, Manufacturing, Mining, Healthcare, and Construction.
Parizad holds a Master’s in Human Resources Management from York University, a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Psychology from Simon Fraser University, and Post Graduate Certificates in Human Resources and Adult Education collectively. She also holds the designation of Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) in Canada.
Parizad has led teams and influenced senior executives in shaping talent programs that inspire change and sustain outcomes. Her strength lies in being able to make meaningful connections at all levels of the organization and bring people along in the journey. She has previously worked at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling, DMC Mining Services, The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, The Hospital for Sick Children, Cargill, and Telus Health (formally Shepll-fgi).
