“Erika Feliza has been with GENYX for nearly two years, leading Administration and Accounts functions with a strong focus on organizational efficiency and operational coordination. She brings over a decade of professional experience in the UAE.

Prior to joining GENYX, Erika began her career as a Secretary handling administrative and accounts-related functions for nearly 3 years. She then spent 6 years as an Events Coordinator, where she strengthened her stakeholder management, and supplier engagement skills. These experiences shaped her ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of communication, cooperation and high-performance.

At GENYX, Erika is known for her reliability, steady work ethic, and collaborative mindset. She thrives in structured yet dynamic environments, ensuring that processes are well-organized and that teams are aligned. Her natural coordination skills enable her to support both internal teams and external partners effectively.

Erika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from STI Global in Taguig, Philippines. While her academic foundation is in hospitality, her professional focus has evolved toward administration and operational support, areas where she excels and finds genuine fulfilment.

She brings a positive outlook, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach to her work. Committed to continuous improvement, Erika consistently seeks ways to enhance efficiency and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the GENYX team, supporting its mission to guide partners through customized and innovative Assessment, Engagement, and Alignment solutions that transform organizational culture and drive sustainable high performance.
